In this role you will ensure full operational control of the Plant's activities according to efficiency/cost targets and in compliance with environmental, safety and labour regulations.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Provide overall leadership, direction and coordination for plant operations.
- Provide coaching and development of plant staff to insure effective leadership, collaboration and balance in achieving KPIs focused on safety, quality and productivity
- Monitor production plans and ensures alignment with manufacturing output
- Lead and coach Production Planning/Material Planning team as components availability is of critical importance
- Analyze and improve assembling process and equipment
- Structure and manage internal machining workshop
- Oversee plant maintenance activity
- Manage labor efficiency (direct and indirect costs)
- Ensure plant personnel is operating in compliance with plant and Group procedures as well as with local regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures promoting a world-class safety culture.
A 5/7 year professional experience as Plant Manager in mechanical manufacturing companies with internal assembling and machining activities
Familiarity with material management dynamics
Entrepreneurship, organizational and planning skills, people management, flexibility and pro-activity will complete the profile
Master's degree in Engineering is a plus
