Currently we are looking for the: PLANT MANAGER Main responsibilities The person will be responsible for all aspects of the management of the plant, in particular he/she will: Assure results on safety, quality, service and cost ; Guaranty a safe working environment and make sure the operations performed are protecting the environment; Represent the company in the local ecosystem in front of local official authorities & association, being aware about all rules and regulations applicable and make sure the plant is in compliance with them; Be responsible for people engagement and efficiency , making sure all team members and employees have the right skills set and the adequate behavior to achieve their goals; Be in charge of social relationship with the local unions ; Be responsible for customer experience improvement , engaging the team on continuous improvement actions, creating a sense of emergency to facilitate issues resolution, deploying necessary actions to reduce None Quality Cost (NQC), making sure CLO is managed overtime and updated regularly based on mkt expectations, guarantying the expected Service level from the factory (OTA) and leveraging the adequate processes and tools to improve Service level; Be responsible for manufacturing cost & cash competitiveness , activating actions to reduce costs and achieve savings.
Candidate profile University degree in Economics or Engineering; Previous experience in similar Plant Manager or Production Management roles, gained in innovative environments ; Previous experience with the manufacturing of a product with a high level of complexity , where safety and quality are key; Very good knowledge of lean manufacturing principles ; Strong leadership and people management skills; #J-18808-Ljbffr
