Responsibilities:
Plant design of complex engineering systems in the steel making industry. Working with proposal managers, project managers and engineering teams of several disciplines to generate plot plans and technological layouts for Direct Reduction Plants, in accordance with process requirements, international design standards, client specifications, scheduling and budget requirements. Development of plot plan and 3D preliminary models for proposal phase and feasibility studies. Check layout with Process Flow Diagrams and P&ID, define necessary access and clearances relating to equipment maintenance and operation, check structural and civil drawings, coordinate and check outside engineering work, check vendor drawings as related to plant layouts. Creating 3D model design concepts for steel structures, process duct works, main piping, cable trays, material handling. Coordinate development of customized tools and catalogues for the 3D platform used for plant design. Development of Basic Design of technological steel structures and material handling. Perform field investigation as required. Development of erection drawings and constructability studies. Minimum Requirements:
Technical Graduate (Mechanical or similar) and/or Bachelor Engineering (Mechanical/Materials/Industrial). 10 years experience in layout design of industrial plants, including development of 3D models, preferably in steel making plant or petrochemical industry. Knowledge of Plant Design software Aveva E3D. Availability to travel in foreign country (orientatively 10% travel time). Technical knowledge (Drawing, Industrial Layout, electrical and piping design). Good 2D SW - AutoCAD. Good 2D SW - AVEVA E3D. Good MS Office - Word, Excel. Soft Skills:
