For our Client, a leading company operating in the automotive sector, part of an international Group of companies that includes industrial and technological realities that employs over 10,000 people worldwide, we are looking for:Human Resources ManagerJob PurposeThe person reports to the HR Director and will have the main responsibility for the industrial relations of the plant (around 600 blue collar workers), will provide support in the proper management and development of plant personnel, guaranteeing consistency with legislation and with established company processes and stipulation of agreements with the labor unions that modify conditions set by the national contracts.
In conjunction with the Corporate HR team, he/she will help to implement all the human resources processes in line with Group policies and programs.Key AccountabilitiesManage all the procedures involving plant workers and all the local labour law litigations.Take part in the devising of local-level strategies for the management of relations and negotiations with the Trade Unions, including definition of any integrative agreements and supervision over their proper enactment, and the handling of relations with plant-based and local union representatives.Ensure effective implementation of the process of attracting, selecting and usefully employing new personnel for the plant, ensuring consistency with established plans for the workforce and with the needs and profiles required by the different plant units, in line with the assigned budget.Guarantee appropriate implementation of technical training for the plant's personnel.Guarantee appropriate development of the Performance Management process, through preparation of meetings with the union representatives, monitoring the implementation stages, supporting the plant managers and shift supervisors in the carrying out of interviews and identification of any need for corrections, consistently with guidelines established by the central HR department.RequirementsMaster's degree in Law, or HR related fields.8+ years of experience in HR in an industrial environment and strong interest in working in an industrial context.Strong experience in industrial relations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Salary Package and Benefits:The selected Futuresighter will sign a permanent full-time contract with a competitive compensation package which includes: Base Salary, Health insurance, economic contribution for the house, Company car.
