Plant Human Resources Manager

Our client is a leading multinational group operating in the automotive sector.
We are looking for a:
PLANT HR MANAGER who will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and plans that are aligned and integrated with the business and overall organization.
Key Responsibilities Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.Work closely with management to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
Actively coach managers in people management practices.Manage and monitor HR processes: employee relations, implementation of organizational design, Talent & Performance, Culture & Engagement agendas, programs, and practices.Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations; support the rollout of compliance initiatives and provide counsel to management regarding local employment law and legislation changes.Identify training needs for business units and individual career coaching needs.Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement, and policy alignment across the business.Education and Experience Progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including staffing, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office.Fluent in English.This position will be based in the Terni area.
