Plant Human Resources Manager

Our client, who is headquartered in Germany and has manufacturing locations in different countries, is known as leader in its market.
On behalf of this estimated Client, we are looking for a
PLANT HR MANAGER Purpose of the role Reporting directly to the General Manager in Italy, he/she will be responsible for managing human resources plans, policies, practices and programs throughout the plant.
Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant objectives.Partner with plant leadership to foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and productivity.Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet production demands.Lead talent development initiatives, including training, performance management, and succession planning.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulationsDevelop and monitor HR metrics to drive continuous improvementAct as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related mattersPromote employee engagement through effective communication and recognition programs.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5-8 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Italian language;Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with HRIS systems and data analysis.Location: Genoa area
