The Resource Will Be Part Of The HSE Team Of Bergantino (RO) Plant And Will Manage All The Following Activities Related To Prevention, Protection And Safety Of The Plant


Support to the Plant Management in Risk identification and assessmentSupport the Operational Departments in drafting safety proceduresOrganization and activities of environmental sampling, management of waste and pollutants in the workplaceEnsure the development of the activities necessary to improve performance and compliance with current HSE legislation, with management of related KPIsPromotion and organization of training and/or information meetings for staff and support in planning and management of health protocolsManagement of HSE budget in collaboration with the Plant Manager and the RSPP and identification of possible improvement actionsManagement of the PPE in use and analysis of any proposals for modification/improvementVerification and support in drafting of DUVRIManagement of HSE documentation ensuring deadlines and renewals (CPI, DVR, AUA..)

Skills

Good knowledge of D.Lgs 81/2008 and main regulations related to work environment, health and safetyGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood knowledge of English languageProactivity and Decision MakingTeam work attitude

Education

Degree in scientific/technical subjects (engineering, environment, geology..)

Technical High School Diploma with RSPP qualification
