Our client, one of the largest international company in the industry, one of the Global 100 most sustainable corporations in the world, that develops, manufactures and markets their wide range of products in more than 100 countries through the global distribution network.With a human-centric focus the company offer an attractive, inspirational working environment that supports people growth and provides stimulating challenges.We are looking for a PLANT HR BUSINESS PARTNER Main responsibilities The position, involved in an international matrix organization and leading a small team, will be responsible for the Plant for the successful delivering of HR programs/policies partnering with the Management teams to assist in optimizing people, strategy, talents, structure, processes, culture and to deliver HR programs as appropriate.
Acts as consultant for the business anticipating organizational and capabilities needs in order to guarantee always the right set up and presence of competences needed to reach the business goals and priorities.
Supports the HR Director in translating and implementing the Plant's Business plans in the form of an HR strategy; to act as a liaison between the internal client and other HR services (Specialists).
Main Tasks: Work closely with the Plant/Leadership team and support with the implementation of the Business plan, highlighting potential HR-related business opportunities or weaknesses.
Support cultural change and foster diversity and inclusion within the Unit Proactively build and establish strong relationship with the internal client group to understand their needs, requirements and challenges.
Support and execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with the client's business plan and strategic goals, support the budget and manpower planning discussions.
Lead and implement organizational changes contributing to the development of a value based organizational culture.
Ensure recruiting and retention of best-in-class talent for key positions.
Advise line managers on effective performance management.
Drive Talent Discussions, succession planning and talent management for predefined population Support line managers in all coaching, mentoring and personal development projects within their teams.
Ensure effective training and development for all personnel, following learning priorities aligned with Business Strategy.
Support internal communication, especially around HR-sensitive issues Candidate profile Bachelor degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or related studies.
Min 6-8 years of experience as HR Generalist or HRBP position in Plant in an international & complex environment.
Experience in Industrial and Social Relations management gained preferably in manufacturing companies.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue.
High learning agility, business acumen, the ability to overlook and understand the business, excellent interpersonal and communicational skills, Influencing attitude, challenging approach, relationship management, sensitivity and open mindedness.
