*Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, 2023 Webuild is looking for a Plant Equipment Management Engineer to be included within the Asset Material Management department at the Milan headquarter.
The ideal profile has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1-3 years of experience in related roles, preferably in production and manufacturing, managing projects for the optimization and efficiency of the plant and equipment fleet.
The Asset Management function is responsible for identifying and defining the sizing of plant and machinery needed to execute projects, based on technical and performance requirements, also participating in the determination of related investment plans.
Main activities The employee, in support of the central Asset Management unit, will support: The bid and/or new initiative study phase, including the organization of the project's PlantEquipment facilities and possible optimizations of plant and machinery required for project execution; The project start-up phase and implementation of the PlantEquipment structure and Group processes, tools, methodologies; The entire life cycle of the project, including the development and verification of plant and machinery budgets, checking the possibilities of optimization through possible internal Group synergies; The development and analysis of aggregate reporting on plant and machinery data and parameters for the definition of the Group's fleet strategic plan; The project closure phase, in the verification activities of reuse of plant and machinery at other business units, ensuring the optimal management of the demobilization and transfer phases; The development, implementation and management of cross-cutting projects for improvement and innovation in asset management, on a global scope.
Requirements Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related; 1-3 years of experience in related role preferably in production, manufacturing and with management of optimization and efficiency projects; Basic knowledge of technologies, products, plant and machinery used in the industry, as well as all related processes (acquisition and commissioning, maintenance, whole life management, certifications and applicable regulations, associated cost management, spare parts, decommissioning, logistics issues) is appreciated; Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Knowledge of major analysis and planning tools; Fluent Italian and English; Knowledge of a second foreign language (French, Spanish) is a plus; Willingness to travel internationally; Ability to analyze, plan, develop budgets and monitor costs; Results orientation, problem solving ability; Collaborative approach, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
