Responsibilities / Tasks The candidate will be responsible for proposing technical solutions while respecting costs and development times, sharing the choices made with the Manager and the group's designers. In particular, the sought resource will be involved in the following activities:
Defining the technical specifications of the product based on the indications of the Manager and the regulations in the thermodynamic field.Thermodynamic and mechanical design of industrial systems.Verification of compliance with Directives, regulations, and industry standards.Validation of systems (definition of requirements and their verification).Development of reliability and safety analyses.In product development, whether new or existing, they will work to propose innovative solutions in their area of expertise with the support of the Manager and the project team.Your Profile / Qualifications The ideal candidate has mastery of thermodynamic concepts and has gained experience in the sizing and design of industrial systems.
A passion for the subject drives them to stay informed about technological innovations to develop innovative solutions after weighing their advantages over traditional solutions and their applicability to the business context and the market.
Preferred experience of 3-5 years in mechanical design with a specialization in the thermodynamics of industrial machinery.Ability to adapt, flexibility, willingness to learn and accept challenges, taking responsibility for their role and mistakes, and not being overwhelmed by possible failures, but rather learning from them to innovate.Analytical and risk assessment skills in industrial fields and a problem-solving attitude.Excellent relational and teamwork skills.Flexibility and dynamism.Did we spark your interest?
