Plant Ehs Manager

For our client, a multinational company leader in chemical sector, we are searching for a: PLANT HSE MANAGER He/she manage the company's aspects related to safety, environment, and quality management systems, complying with mandatory regulations and rules of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001.Main Responsibilities:Draft and disseminate the Internal Emergency PlanPrepare and update the general H&S risk assessment documentManage the H&S risks present in the companyImplement and supervise all measures for fire prevention and firefightingManage health surveillance in coordination with the Occupational Health PhysicianIdentify training needs in the safety fieldOrganize safety meetings with the employer, the medical staff, and productionManage subcontracting contracts and interference risks (DUVRI)Manage the annual budget for safety, environment, and qualityManage the documentation related to the environmental-quality-safety system required by the company's standards (procedures, operational instructions, forms, attachments)Conduct internal audits if necessaryPrepare and conduct Management ReviewEnvironmental operations: waste, water discharges, water resources/artesian well, air pollutants (production emissions, greenhouse gas emissions), monitoring of products subject to Decree 334/99Organize environmental training sessionsPrepare environmental analysisEnsure the maintenance of Quality Certification.Requirements & Skills:7 or more years of progressive experience in EHSMaster's degree in Engineering is preferredDemonstrated leadership, project management and organizational skillsExperience in a multinational company is preferredAvailability to travel (up to 15% of working time)Fluency in English (written and oral).Site of work: Bologna
