Plant Director

Manage and coordinate plant operations, reporting to the Group Industrial Director.
Oversee quality control, maintenance, production, services, safety, and environment teams.
Define plant and production budgets, collaborating with Technical Direction, Production Planning, and Demand Planning.
Maintain plant operations, ensuring productivity standards are met.
Monitor industrial and plant costs, supported by management control.
Ensure correct application of food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate and supervise plant management, including maintenance and site operations.
Collaborate with R&D on new product industrialization and modifications.
Support labor relations management.
Requirements: Multi-year experience in food production companies.
Degree in Economics, Food Technology, or Engineering.
Full-time contract.
