**Job Mission**:
We are looking for a Specialist for the Planning Transformation Initiatives office.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Active supervision of regions' Assortment matrix in the Oracle RPAS tool, to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Management of all back-end HQ-governed configurations present in the tool (e.g. weeks of coverage, PLM-related settings, lead times, pick-up days, stores' opening/closing dates, system rules and customizations to deal with network and product exceptions, etc )
Active contribution to further developments and implementation of new/additional features on the Replenishment tool, with the goal of making the process smooth and streamlined
Continuous maintenance and improvement of product forecasts in the Oracle RPAS tool (enhancement of forecast models, supervision of forecast accuracy, handling of users' warnings on incoherent forecasts)
Support in development and implementation of processes and solutions for planning and for product allocation
Analyses on the optimal process flow, given Company context, in the realm of Planning and Product Allocation
Continuous collaboration with external consultants and internal teams (such as Merchandising, Finance, Retail Planning, Demand Planning, Carryover Replenishment), as wll as with WW regions (ex. Buyers) in re-defining processes (ex. MFP), tools and solutions (ex. ad hoc add ons, modifications) for Planning & Allocation
Assistance in roll-out of tools and solutions for planning across regions and for product-allocation and all related training to HQ and regional teams
Acting as reference point for monitoring of SOUND (Stock Optimization to Increase Network Demand) program performance across categories and regions
Acting as reference point for troubleshooting of all SOUND-related systems, as well as for all trainings to WW users
Being involved in Demand Planning, Carryover Replenishment meetings
**Qualifications**:
Graduate and Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, with a strong academic performance
2/3 years of work experience in either consultancy or company (any industry)
Fluent in English
Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude
Open-minded, curious, methodical and endowed with a sound analytical approach
**Strong IT skills**:
Proficiency in any Retail & Merchandise Planning software will be a plus (e.g. Oracle RPAS, Board)
Acquaintance with any ERP or data discovery tool will be a plus (e.g. SAP, SAS, Qlik Sense)
