Basis:Hybrid (Remote and In-office)
This assignment will last for 6 months, with the possibility of extension if there is a business need.
Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Planning Support to join our team on a temporary assignment. You will be responsible for:
Planning audits according to the plans and rules, assigning auditors to audit activities for North Italy area.
Updating the database and keep it updated with all subsequent changes to clients.
Ensuring the positive and efficient communication flow within the organization and with clients and customers.
Preparing and send planning communication to clients.
Support for the qualification process of trainee auditors.

Requirements:
Language:Proficiency in English and Italian is required.
Education Qualification:Bachelor's Degree.
Professional Experience:1 to 2 years of experience in back-office roles, preferably in a structured or international company.
