Planning Specialist

Description :For our BU High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a candidate who will focus on Manufacturing Production Planning & Control.He or she will be managing production to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and standards.Your responsibilities:Planning and controlling production schedules;Coordinating with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials;S&OP management and optimization;Estimating and scheduling the human resources, tools and equipment needed for the production process;Researching, evaluating and recommending changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment to enhance organization's production capabilities.Your background:Degree in engineering/economics or technical diploma;2-3 years of experience in similar roles;Interest for High Voltage products;Good level of Italian and English;Good organizational skills, attention to details and proactivity are required;Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
