Planning & Fulfillment Specialist

**Description**
Your responsibilities:
1.
Perform standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning & fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization).
Identify key root causes for non-performance, and drive improvement initiatives across the Hub-Business Unit or Local BU/PG;
2.
Establish and share best practices for operations planning, inventory management and resource management;
3.
Support local Operations Planners Master Schedule Planner, Material planner and Operational Buyers (including data entry);
4.
Support the local implementation of planning technology solutions;
5.
Compile and send weekly/monthly report out to business leaders on planning and fulfillment and inventory performance;
6.
Interact with all the Business Unit teams;
7.

Your background:
- A master's degree in engineering (management/mechanical/electrical or others) or economics;
- 1-2 years of experience is nice to have;
- Good knowledge of Basic MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point);
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus;
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B1/B2);
- Proactivity, organization, good attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
