**Planning & Fulfillment Specialist**:

This role involves providing assistance in the development and execution of the Planning & Fulfillment processes, skills and tools, aiming at improving on-going projects' quality in production sites, warehouses, suppliers and 3PL. You will perform detailed evaluations for Planning & Fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization), and proposal of alternative solutions to achieve targets levels of service quality and operational efficiency.

Production Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Identifying non-performance and driving improvement initiatives.
- Establishing and sharing best practices for operations planning, inventory management and resource management.
- Calculates and maintains inventory parameters in SAP ERP: safety stock, lot size, lead-time.
- Monitors the purchase orders backlog and performs regular expediting activities with internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers.
- Minimizes the late backlog, tackles root causes and leads recovery plans.
- Aiding the creation and implementation of Planning & fulfillment strategy and procedures.
- Compiling and sending regular reports to business leaders on Planning & Fulfillment and service quality performance.
**Your background**:
- You hold a commercia or scientific Diploma/High School title.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in related functions such as procurement, warehousing, planning, logistics or export.
- Advanced MS-Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP will be considered a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Collaborative, solution-focused approaches and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good track of problem solving and analytic achievements.
