Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out regular business performance analysis, analyzing variances from budget/forecast.Participate in the monthly/quarterly Business Reviews together with Business Directors.Identify and suggest actions to support the achievement of performance targets.Proactively support in the production of the annual budget and forecasts for the areas of responsibility.Preparation of the monthly reporting for the areas of responsibility.Performing ad hoc analysis and controlling tasks.ProfileDegree in Business Administration with excellent results.3-5 years of working experience within Finance teams of international organizations, having had specific international experience.Ability to understand business models and build business plans.Ability to work cross-functionally, close to business and customers with a solid Business Partners attitude.Analytical thinking, ability to understand issues, interpret data, draw conclusions, and provide guidance.Ability to design and measure KPIs, with specific focus on the P/L.Accountability, respect for deadlines, and quality standards (accuracy, consistency with policies and guidelines).Ability to prioritize activities, work with flexibility, and handle stress.Requirements / CapabilitiesFluent English, both written and spoken.Proficient Microsoft Office suite user with a focus on Excel and Power BI.Experience with SAP - SAP/BW.We offer a safe and inclusive environment, based on mutual respect and the valorization of diversity, offering equal employment opportunities to all qualified candidates.
