**About the role**:
We are looking for a dedicated Planning Coordinator to join our planning team in DNV Supply Chain Product Assurance (SCPA) Denmark for our Medical Device sector. The role as a Project Coordinator is central in the unit's operations and success, coordinating projects, auditors, and customer needs. The role has high impact on the section's results, client satisfaction and colleagues' work life.
Your primary function is to schedule and plan audit activities in accordance with requirements in the certification schemes, resource availability and input from the customers. The Project Coordinator will be part of the planning team, reporting to the Head of Planning, Medical Europe. This role will be relevant to our Medical Devices sector.
**Key deliveries will include, but not be limited to**:
- Schedule audit activities and input the schedule into our IT system;
- Liaise continuously with clients and auditors to settle dates for the audits;
- Communicate the scheduled audits with the clients and assessors;
- Ensure that all audits are planned and delivered on time, in accordance with procedures, rules and regulations;
- Plan capacity and utilization of resources while ensuring lower operational costs;
- Collaborate with our technical function and sales department;
- Handling client requests;
- Contribute to improving analytical efforts for correct forecasting;
- Ensuring the reporting is done by the assessors on time for the completed projects;
- Updating our production system to ensure correct audit related information;
- Any other necessary administrative work related to activities / projects.

**About you**:
- Tertiary education is preferred;
- Experience working in similar industry (certification, Medical Devices) is preferred;
- Good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and systems (e.g., Oracle);
- Good at problem solving with the ability to use own initiative quickly and efficiently to respond to urgent scheduling issues.
