OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Working as support to the Depot Operations Manager and Office Coordinator of the Middlesbrough depot.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A Business Support Assistant would be part of the Depot/Installation support team.
Typical tasks may include:
- Assisting the Installation team in day-to-day administration and reporting.
- Directing phone calls and visitors.
- Assisting the Quantity Surveyor in producing cost reports (extracting SAP reports and downloading all invoices for relevant projects/WBS's).
- Managing AVD/CFK charges, PO's and invoices, requesting orders and payments, receiving and checking costs, checking project references, requesting approval, raising all PO's and returning, invoice management, GR's where required.
- Creating call offs for vendors when requested.
- Approving and Goods Receipting invoices for Depot/Installation/hired equipment, after check with the Asset Engineer
- Liaising with the Purchasing department and Project Support to address invoicing issues, queries, the extension of LTA's and PR/PO creation.
- Managing invoices in Lucystar.
- Assisting vendors with invoice/payment queries.
- Calculating the monthly Utilisations for OIM's/DOIM's, considering WFH days.

- Educated to Degree Level (Experience in relevant field may override)
