Everyone at Prysmian Group has the potential to make their mark; because whatever you do, wherever you are based, you will be part of a company that is helping transform the world around us.Team Overview and Job ResponsibilitiesFor our plant in Pignataro (CE) we are looking for a Planning Specialist who will be responsible for planning and optimizing the company's operational activities.As Planning specialist, you will work closely with the various departments to ensure efficient allocation of resources, adherence to schedules and achievement of company objectives.You will also have the chance to:Contribute to the definition of operational strategies and the implementation of plans that improve efficiency and productivity in the low and medium voltage business,Develop and implement short- and long-term operational plans, Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to collect data and information necessary for planning,Monitor and analyze progress against established plans, identifying any discrepancies and proposing corrective solutions,Optimize the use of company resources to ensure maximum efficiency,Prepare detailed reports and presentations on the progress of planned activities,Identify and assess risks and opportunities related to operational planning,Use planning software and tools to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of plans,Participate in strategy meetings and provide input based on data analysis,Train and support staff in the use of planning tools and methodologies,Maintain clear and constant communication with all levels of the organization, stimulating coordination between functions including through regular meetings with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment.Our ideal candidate has:Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics or a related field.Previous experience of 2/3 years in a similar position,Excellent knowledge of supply chain management principles and operational planning,Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and in a team,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building effective and collaborative working relationships at all levels of the organization,Excellent knowledge of resource planning and management software (SAP),Strong communication skills,Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools,Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic working environment,Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
