Key Responsibilities: Patient Evaluation : Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and review medical histories to understand each patient's condition.
Customized Care Plans : Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
Therapeutic Interventions : Employ therapeutic exercises and training programs designed to enhance mobility, strength, and overall functionality.

Minimum Requirements: A Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in home health as a Physical Therapist.
Active licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of operation, adhering to professional standards and practices.
Valid CPR certification.
A licensed driver with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
