YOUR ROLE Within the Quality Lab department (GQR), in close collaboration with product quality and research and development, your mission is to identify and characterize the physical defects that caused the electrical failure of the device and contribute to the understanding of its root causes.
You will support product development & qualification, volume production, as well as customer complaint support.
You will be responsible for running analyses applying techniques related to sample preparation (chemistry, laser, mechanical-chemical polishing), non-destructive analyses (microscopy, MEB, SAM, X-ray), and those to highlight the physical defect (FIB, Dual beam, mechanical-chemical polishing, plasma).
You will synthesize the technical results in order to share them internally and externally.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Master's degree in chemistryExperience: front end or backend process technician or engineer with good knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing processes. Failure analysis or product quality experience is appreciated.Skills and attitudes:
