Location: Rome Industry: Photovoltaic (Solar Energy) &, Energy Storage Systems Contract: Fixed-term or Staff Leasing contract Salary: 30-35K Responsabilit As a Photovoltaic Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and maintenance of photovoltaic and energy storage projects.
You'll collaborate with internal teams and customers to drive service excellence, innovation, and growth in business models.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage project delivery and maintenance contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee customer satisfaction, track feedback, and implement continuous improvements to enhance service quality and client relationships.
Support the sales team in promoting service solutions, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for innovative service and business models that enhance profitability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative service models in response to industry trends.
Ensure all projects are compliant with recognized project management methodologies and support the PMO in contract expansions and service upgrades based on project outcomes.
Functie-eisen Requirements: A degree in Engineering Management or a related field 3-5 years of proven experience in managing project delivery and maintenance within the photovoltaic and energy storage sectors.
Solid technical understanding of solar energy systems and energy storage technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
Experience working in multicultural environments and across diverse teams.
