Photovoltaic Maintenance Technician (Cagliari, Italy) Company: Eosol Group Location: Cagliari, Italy Experience Required: 2 years Job Description Eosol Group is a leading company in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) systems.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Photovoltaic Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cagliari, Italy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the maintenance of solar photovoltaic installations and will play a critical role in ensuring the optimum performance and reliability of our solar plants.
Key Responsibilities Monitor Operations: Continuously monitor the operation of various elements of the solar photovoltaic plant to ensure efficient performance.
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the photovoltaic systems, including routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
Fault Detection: Identify and diagnose potential issues or faults within the photovoltaic systems and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Incident Reporting: Prepare detailed incident reports outlining any maintenance activities performed, anomalies detected, and measures taken to rectify issues.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to both internal teams and clients regarding photovoltaic maintenance procedures and best practices.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members to foster a collaborative working environment that emphasizes safety, efficiency, and architectural integrity.
Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Técnico de Mantenimiento in the renewable energy sector, specifically in photovoltaic systems.
Education: A relevant technical degree or certification in electrical engineering, renewable energy technology, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, electrical components, and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and monitoring tools is an asset.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports and interact effectively with team members and clients.
Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Languages: Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
