Pharmaceutical Process Technologist (Pre-Filled Syringes)

You will handle technology transfer activities to the manufacturing department, by selecting appropriate process materials and establishing the manufacturing process.You will support production department to guarantee an appropriate scheduling of manufacturing activities.What will you do? Follow tech transfer projects from the beginning (Kick-off meeting with Client) through the entire lifecycle of the projectPrepare process documentation in order to support manufacturing activities by respecting the project's achievements and according to GMP requirements and internal SOPsProvide appropriate training to production personnel responsible to carry out the manufacturing activities according to MBR instructionsCommunicate with Client about technical aspects relevant to the project and providing updates about projects related activitiesWork in collaboration with Formulation Development laboratory to build up studies for appropriate definition of GMP processHow will you get here?Degree in CTF, Chemistry, Engineering with previous experience in pharmaceutical environmentPrevious experience in development and manufacturing process of lyophilized and liquid sterile productsKnowledge of filling processes in syringes and cartridges is a must.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesGMP knowledgeKnowledge of main IT softwaresLeadershipIndependence in handling tasksAbility to work in a teamAt our company, each one of our 100,000 outstanding minds has a unique story to tell.
