As Market Intelligence Analyst, He/She will be responsible for monitoring, gathering, and analyzing relevant information to ensure continuous updates on access regulations, policies, market and customer trends, scientific and economic evidence, and competitor initiatives for therapeutic areas of interest for the Client Company.
YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and implement new and more effective benchmarking models, competitive intelligence systems.Contribute to the definition, innovation, and implementation of global strategies and policies.Integrate and analyze different data sources, including market reports, news, and customer feedback.Identify new suppliers and innovative methods to enhance data collection on customer behavior.Monitor and analyze customer trends, behavior, and the national macro-economic landscape to ensure up-to-date insights.Conduct comprehensive competitive intelligence analysis by integrating and analyzing different data sources.Leverage websites, social media, third-party tools, and specialized platforms to gather critical information on competitors, and recommend strategic adjustments based on these insights.Develop and manage a cross-functional process involving various company departments and external partners to continuously gather intelligence on competitors' pipelines, marketing strategies, innovative solutions/services, business models, digital advancements, relationships, and communications.Collaborate with the Market Access & Regulatory team to identify and monitor key topics essential for the development of strategic access plans.Continuously gather and update critical information on access regulations, policies, and trends, along with scientific and economic evidence in therapeutic areas of interest.Regularly monitor and critically analyze available data to extract actionable insights for access strategy development and to refine access forecasts.Actively participate in external events and meetings.Collaborate with Customer Insight Manager to gather organizational needs, understand applied strategies, and provide a comprehensive view of the market, customers, and competition.Present insights and reports to the broader organization, engaging with senior stakeholders to drive informed strategic decisions and business outcomes.Act as a champion for GenAI tools, developing and refining AI prompts to efficiently synthesize qualitative reports.Manage innovative projects involving third-party suppliers, overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery.WHO YOU ARE Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Math, or related field.3+ years of previous experience in data analysis and market research.Knowledge of access regulations, policies, and trends in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.Analytical skills and strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to critically analyze information and translate it into actionable insights.Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written) and Italian mother tongue.Company Location: Milan
