Key Responsibilities:
• Design innovative solutions by analyzing and mapping business requirements, processes, and objectives
• Ensure challenges and priorities are accurately captured and managed through proper versioning • Produce high-quality, clear, and consistent outputs throughout all project phases
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and assess improvements
• Identify beneficial system elements for site-level business operations
• Assess and manage risks, escalating when appropriate
• Employ and adapt established templates and approaches to ensure process compliance
• Support teams in adopting quality and compliance standards, best practices, policies, and procedures
• Conduct project assurance activities
• Utilize data-driven evaluations to make informed decisions, even with incomplete information
Your Profile Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related scientific field
• 7+ years of experience in challenging manufacturing projects within the pharmaceutical/medical device sector, primarily in multinational companies
• Experience in formulation processes is a plus
• Proven track record in managing complex, international projects
• Strong aptitude for interacting with global clients and diverse cultures
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish effective communication with client stakeholders and project members across multiple countries
• Fluency in English is essential
