Job Description As the Pest Control Officer for the municipality, you will promote the health and safety of residents by implementing and enforcing the Saskatchewan Plant Health Act. In this position, you will provide training, guidance, and support to residents on controlling pests.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Promote the health and safety of residents by implementing and enforcing the Saskatchewan Plant Health Act.Monitor and control the spread of rats.Act as a trusted, expert resource for the RM of Corman Park in all matters pertaining to the Saskatchewan Plant Health Act.Manage enforcement in accordance with RMs policies and best practices as outlined by Saskatchewan Agriculture, SARM, and any other regulatory bodies.Ensure sufficient patrols and inspections are carried out to meet SCAP requirements.Ensure that accurate records are kept of inspections, agreements, and orders.Respond to and thoroughly investigate complaints and concerns and provide fair and reasonable solutions.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
