The company is seeking a Personnel Administration Senior Manager who will ensure the compliance of the salary administration process with current regulations related to workforce administration activities.
He/she will manage administrative documentation and payroll process activities for the Milan headquarters, as well as personnel cost management.
Responsibilities: Manages the correct interpretation and fulfillment of requirements related to personnel administration, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, union agreements, and company procedures;Assists in the application of laws and regulations related to workforce administration activities and disciplinary matters;Oversees the entire employee life cycle, from hiring documents and enrollment in supplementary/service funds to the separation process;Drafts administrative documentation, supervises the activities necessary for the processing of payroll receipts for Milan company personnel, and manages the payment of social security contributions and the keeping of mandatory books;Manages overall time management and payroll processes (including the related taxes) and the proper accounting flow related to personnel cost management;Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data, and manages issues related to employee deductions and other liabilities, including reconciliation;Is responsible for recording and reconciling personnel costs to ensure they are properly budgeted;Supports the Head of Global Salary Administration, Senior Director, in managing judicial and extrajudicial litigation in labor matters towards employees and third-party entities (e.g., INAIL);Maintains relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, supporting them and addressing issues (e.g., administrative, managerial, normative) with a flexible/growth mindset;Ensures compliance with laws and regulations in accordance with the control model pursuant to and for the purposes of D.Lgs.
231/01, as well as the codes of conduct within its area of competence;Ensures compliance with legal requirements and procedures on occupational safety and hygiene, as well as environmental protection within its area of responsibility.Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Law, Humanities, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline;Experience in the area of Human Resources Management;Good knowledge of English;Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (MS Office);Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors software and experience with other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle);Knowledge of ADP software.Seniority levelMid-Senior level
