The responsibilities include providing companion/personal and domestic care, empowering and caring for clients, and maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must have a Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care, or Disability Care (or studying towards one), an Australian National Police check, First Aid and CPR certification, a Driver's Licence with access to a reliable vehicle, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality.
