Job DescriptionWithin Group Security Function, we are looking for a Personal Assistant.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Work closely with the manager to provide administrative support, on a one-to-one basis.Support the manager to make the best use of her time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.Support the manager in all activities related to managing and planning the agenda, coordinating meetings within and outside the function, organizing and maintaining diaries, and making appointments.Act as the contact point for the manager, meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority, deal with incoming email, screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate.Focus on corporate meetings (GMC, BoD, Committees) and ensure the manager is well prepared for meetings, for example, carrying out background research and presenting findings, producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.Guarantee proactive management of all logistics aspects (e.g., travel arrangements, transfers, scheduling, visas, and accommodation), occasionally travelling with the manager, if requested, to provide general assistance.Support the manager in handling personal activities.Support the team in managing the overall agenda (e.g., booking rooms for meetings, aligning on travel arrangements).RequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:1-3 years of experience in a similar role as a personal assistant.Fluent in English and Italian; other languages would be a plus.Experience in working under pressure and in stressful situations, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully.Strong communication skills and experience in an international working environment.Nice to have:Proactive and solution-oriented.Passionate and energetic.Company ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development, and welfare of modern societies.
