We're excited to offer a permanent, part-time opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant / Document Controller to be an integral part.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you are to provide one-to-one administrative and secretarial support to the COO and manage document control for company and project related documentation requirements. This role will be required to work Monday - Fridays.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Plans, coordinates and ensures the COO's schedule is followed and respected
Researches, prioritises, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the COO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the COO's office and internal departments, to maintain credibility, trust and support.
Assist with the establishment of the project document platforms. Properly, control company and project-related documentation. Follow and improve document control documentation.
Ensure incoming and outgoing documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
What You Will Bring to Our
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar C-Level executive support role within a professional environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and digital platforms.
Previous experience with SharePoint is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills to perform and priorities multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
