Schedule : 20 hours per week 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM PST Initial three-month engagement with possibility of extension Remote work, preferably available during Pacific Time business hours Directly reporting to and supporting a single professional Handling a mix of personal and professional tasks requiring versatility and discretion Responsibilities : Manage and maintain an evolving calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Arrange personal and professional travel, including booking flights and accommodations Conduct miscellaneous research on various professional and personal topics as needed Analyze and compare data using spreadsheets, presenting findings in a clear, concise manner Handle occasional phone calls for appointment scheduling or information gathering Assist with general administrative tasks as they arise Requirements Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information effectively Competency in spreadsheet software for data comparison and basic analysis Clear written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Discretion in handling both personal and professional information Comfortable with occasional phone interactions for scheduling or information gathering #J-18808-Ljbffr
