**TURATI**
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.
Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
**THE ROLE**
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the agendas of the commercial Directors
- Organize meetings and manage the logistics for meetings including organizing agendas, booking meeting rooms, sending out calendar invites, preparing written materials,
- Arrange international and national travel arrangements including but not limited to, hotel and flight reservations, pick-ups, meeting itineraries
- Organise the sales campaign schedule (number of sellers, cross brand, cross channel appointments)
- Assist the sales team and ensure the proper functioning of the department
- Manage seasonal interns
- Create powerpoint presentations
- Prepare expense reports
- Create recap files and reports
- General secretarial activities where required
WHO YOU ARE
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge rand use of Microsoft Office, in particular Powerpoint
- Highly organized multitasker who works well under pressure
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken; this will be tested in the interview process
