We are now looking for a **Performance Marketing Specialist**, who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
His/her expertise will be critical in managing and optimizing paid search, paid social, display advertising, and other performance marketing channels. Through data analysis and continuous testing, you will maximize return on investment (ROI) and help achieve our business objectives.

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to supporting in developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth;
- Drive optimization of paid search campaigns to improve search engine visibility and increase website traffic;
- Oversee paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to target relevant audiences and increase brand awareness and engagement;
- Collaborate with internal
- and external agencies to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve campaign performance;
- Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing page elements for improved conversion rates;
- Analyze campaign performance data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, merchandising and product, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives;
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting the performance of campaigns and providing recommendations for optimization.
**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications and requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field - advanced degree is a plus;
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a DTC ecommerce business or similar;
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and retargeting;
- Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance accordingly;
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize ad performance and conversion rates;
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external partners;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
