Performance Marketing Specialist

Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market.
On behalf of an important Cosmetics Company, we are looking for a:
**Performance Marketing Specialist**
**Main responsibilities**:
- Manage monthly meeting with all brands and online team to define the monthly performance activities and the budged needed;
- Work Closely with Earned Media team to define the affiliation program with Influencers;
- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns;
- Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels;
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels;
- Coordinate the Online team execution for the performance campaign activation;
- Share with the Consumer Marketing team the results and case history.
**Requirements**:
- 2/6 years previous experience;
- Good understanding of online marketing and Digital Consumer behaviour;
- Knowledge and experience working with social media platforms and tools;
- Knowledge and experience working with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager or other Social Media Marketing Tools;
- SEO and data driven, with the ability to switch fast to new trends and consumer habits;
- Able to work in a fast-paced international work environment thanks to flexibility, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English.
