**Mission: This new role will be part of the Southern Europe Digital Transformation team.
In this team we think, act and breathe Digital, with the purpose of leading and driving Digital Transformation at Colgate.
The focus of this role will be to work with the media function in building our Performance Marketing capabilities and creating cutting-edge strategy, plans, activation, and analysis.
This role will also focus on collecting, understanding and analysing the data and results of the team activities, in order to gather insights and learnings and turn them into actions and establish ways to better connect with Consumer Journeys.
**
**Southern European markets are: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece.
**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Work with media lead, CRM Manager, Digital marketing Specialists, marketing teams and external agencies in order to create a unique and consistent Performance Marketing strategy across the four markets of the Hub.
**
- ** Liaise with Division teams, Digital team and external agencies in order to effectively implement, activate and constantly measure and improve Performance Marketing activations.
**
- ** Be the Digital Transformation team Data expert, using external tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
and Internal tools (Datorama, DOMO, Similarweb, etc) to track, measure and analyse campaign performances.
**
- ** Usa Data and dashboards to create reports and media insights, report on execution and optimization of digital campaigns, gather insights, identify actions and opportunities and share with teams and key stakeholders.
**
- ** Assist with new ad A/B testing and reporting across all digital channels**
- ** Provide strategic advice on campaign optimization with insights derived from analysing and understanding past campaigns and activations**
- ** Assist Media Lead in the management and activation of Media Campaigns, with a strong focus on media execution, media performance and media efficiencies.
**
- ** Keep tracking of the digital CRM KPIs and advise the business insights for optimization**
**Requirements**:
- ** 3-5 years of experience in a similar role either in another company or a media agency**
- ** Good knowledge of ABL and BTL planning techniques and metrics**
- ** Demonstrated knowledge of Performance Marketing, from strategy to campaign implementation to campaign measurement and action plan.
**
- ** Strong knowledge of ad industry terminology and KPI (CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Viewability, DSP, DMP, etc.
)**
- ** Solid understanding of media and web metrics and analytics, with the ability to create reports, analyse and interpret data.
**
- ** Knowledge of media planning techniques, capability to navigate media plans and interpret data and results**
- ** Ability to turn data into actionable insights**
- ** Strong analytical and numerical skills.
**
- ** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
**
- ** Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
**
- ** Experience with Media Analytic tools (Datorama) and/or Media Tools a plus**
- ** Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
**
- ** Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
**
- ** Excellent attention to detail.
**
- ** Strong ability to navigate ambiguity.
**

- ** Language: proficiency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish/Greek/Portuguese a plus**
