Performance Marketing Specialist:
TXT Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for its group company, Refine Direct. Refine Direct is a performance-oriented digital advertising agency specializing in generating traffic and qualified leads across various channels (Search, Social, Display, Email, SMS, Newsletter). We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in lead generation and performance-oriented acquisition on Search and Social channels.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the lead generation strategy across various sectors in which Refine Direct operates (Telco, Energy, Education, Automotive, etc.);
Manage structured clients, handling the strategy and execution of campaigns, managing cumulative budgets exceeding 100k/month;
Manage online marketing campaigns on Social Advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok), SEM, Display, and re-targeting campaigns;
Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities;
Create and manage client reports with campaign metrics, insights, and observations.
Technical Requirements:
Knowledge of digital advertising technologies and advanced analysis/tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager);
Knowledge of lead acquisition marketing channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.);
Ability to create, manage, and optimize structured digital campaigns with significant monthly budget management and monitoring;
Excellent command of the English language.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing lead acquisition marketing channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) is required.
Considered a Plus:
Creation of LPs through tools (e.g., Unbounce) and Chatbots (e.g., Landbot), graphic management and creation (e.g., Canva or Bannerbear), and advertising automation tools (e.g., Revealbot, Smartly);
Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions to maximize performance.
Education: Degree in Economics or Marketing & Communication.
The profile is completed by attention to detail, work organization, teamwork skills, respect for deadlines, and communication and presentation abilities.
