JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of all main Performance channels (Social, Display, Paid Search/SEM, etc.) in adherence with target KPIs (ROAS, CR, Revenue). Leadership and coordination of supervisor and specialists in the daily channel operations to ensure support to other key stakeholders of the business and brands. Maintain relationships across internal departments such as Finance, eCommerce, Content, Analytics to make sure the strategic guidelines are set and the KPIs are met. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to set a multichannel strategy and follow up with action points. Align with the Senior Manager and Head of Performance about the status of existing projects, main KPIs. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Build relevant channel strategy to maximize budgets in adherence to Business and Finance KPIsDevelop and execute strategic plans across the Digital channelsResponsible about delivering the target KPIs and coordinate the teamwork accordinglyBe the point of contact with Finance, Content and other relevant stakeholders Accountable and responsible for providing business teams with the right Performance implementation so support marketing and growth strategy (Marketing calendars, product mix strategy, etc.) NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL : Finance, E-commerce, Content, Analytics teams to follow up on main KPIs and EXTERNAL : Vendors (Google, Meta, Microsoft, Criteo) to set the strategy TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Educational Background in Business Administration or Statistics or equivalentAt least 5+ years of experience in driving campaign with objective of revenue in a competitive, fast-pace environmentStrong problem solving skills and parallel thinkingSolid experience with Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, Paid social and Display (DV360) platformsSolid experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing LANGUAGES: English Italian (nice to have) Other Languages
