Stiamo cercando un Performance Engineer specializzato in Lead per unirsi al nostro team dinamico e collaborare allo sviluppo di soluzioni all'avanguardia per i componenti esterni dei veicoli.
Cosa farai?Gestione della performance e coordinamento di test meccanici su componenti esterni quali portelloni, paraurti e parafanghi.Esecuzione di attività di test su componenti in plastica e meccanici, assicurando che rispettino gli standard di qualità e performance richiesti.Collaborazione con i team di progettazione e produzione per ottimizzare i processi e migliorare la qualità del prodotto.Analisi dei dati raccolti dai test e redazione di report dettagliati.Identificazione e risoluzione di eventuali problemi di performance. Cosa Richiediamo?Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica (triennale o magistrale).Almeno 1 anno e mezzo di esperienza in un ruolo simile nel settore automotive.Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e di coordinare attività di test meccanici.Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, sia scritta che parlata.Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente sia in Italia che all'estero.
