What you'll do:
- You will join the team of HR Development & Culture reporting directly to the Global Talent & People Development manager.
- In Global Talent & People Development manager team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in:
- Global Performance Management to support the coordination of the entire process and annual review management, with also a focus on training implemention to involve foreing Companies and guarantee globally the proper adoption of the GPM
- Workday management to ensure the correct alignment between process and system and to guarantee in workday the handling annual of the performance process in accordance with corporate timeline
- Ensure the correct implementation of the GPM in the Workday HR management system (requirements analysis, testing for each process step, creation of customised reports)
- Develope quantitative and qualitative reports with a focus on performance results and organizational/gender distribution
- Elaborate documents and presentation with reference to Performance and Talent topics
- Provide support to employees, manager, HR BP and foreign local HR to facilitate the diffusion of global HR process and talent project
- Ensure proper communication to disclose globally processes related to performance, talent and career
- Support the definition of talent management projects and career framework with the aim to facilitate the global approach and deployment in foreing countries
- Support projects definition that promote the dissemination of a culture focues on DEI and HR strategy
Who you are:
- You have at least 4 years of experience working in HR Department in structured contexts preferrably in consulting or multinational companies
- You have a degree in human resources, economics or management
- You have a strong analytical, communication skills and a strong attitude towards people with facility in creating relationship and a collaborative environment
- You have knowledge and skills about the technical features belonging to the people management field with experience to support colleagues and employees to manage HR process
- You have ability to manage priorities and to work on projects
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Office and Workday Performance
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written
- You are flexible, determined, proactive and self-organized
Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience in HR department with a focus on Performance system
