EBU offers tailored solutions in on-site generation (power, heat, cooling), energy efficiency, virtual power plants, flexibility and battery storage.We are currently looking for a Performance Analyst for our Operations & Maintenance Department.Responsibilities:Performance analysis of tri/co-generation plants with gas fuel engines/turbinesEnsure implementation of EBU strategies/policiesBeing responsible of customer contracts managementGiving assistance to the O&M team in establishing operating strategies to optimize plants operation and further reduce gas and power costAnalyze current performance evaluation systems and processes to enable identification of improvement; Create and develop performance tracking tools through new software innovations and processes for delivering world class financial and technical performance from O&M's fleet of assetsPerforming engineering and commercial analysis of operating regimes and implement improvementsDaily performance analysis with the aim to achieve the budgeted performance and to achieve the budgeted PES & CAR targets (SEU and high efficiency certificates).Short- & medium-term optimization (daily-weekly-seasonal), balancing grid supply and injections managementPropose new initiatives to achieve continuous improvement and optimized performance of existing sites; work closely with the rest of the O&M team to maintain consistently high-performance standardsPresent performance resultsWork effectively with Project Management department to incorporate learning's into future projects.QualificationsMaster's degree in engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution3/5 years of experience in this or in similar rolesProven knowledge of Combined Heating and Cooling/chilling Power Plant operation and maintenance as well as management methods necessary to control and improve asset performanceStrong and specific knowledge in gas fired engine/ gas turbine, heat recovery steam generator and gas fired boiler techniques is a mandatory requirementProven knowledge of chemistry as it relates to plant operations as well as environmental and water treatment programs and country statutory regulationsCritical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex problemsAbility to maintain strong attention to details in high-pressure situationsItalian mother tongue with good technical-English communication skillsWillingness to international travelsDo you have questions?For further information please contact Tiziano Braccini.
