We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Support Specialist to join our client's team. This role is crucial in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and developing solutions within the PeopleSoft HCM environment. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical users to ensure seamless operations and effective resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide user support for technical issues in PeopleSoft HCM through an internal ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and feedback.Debug and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.Develop and implement technical solutions, including PeopleCode updates, SQL scripts, and workflow modifications.Analyze and resolve performance issues by identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimizations.Support testing of new patches and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) releases.Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures during updates and migrations to production systems.Assist internal and external auditors with required information and documentation.Provide post go-live support for newly deployed solutions.
Technical Requirements:
Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM, particularly in version 9.X.Highly skilled in People Tools (8.5x).Proficient in PeopleCode, including application packages and workflow management.Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft security components with the ability to configure them as needed.Proven problem-solving abilities, particularly for non-technical users.Demonstrated experience in developing technical solutions for PeopleSoft HCM modules.Familiarity with approval workflows and integration methods, including integration broker messages and component interfaces, particularly with Cloud SaaS solutions.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now with your updated CV in Microsoft Word/PDF format.
