The Opportunity:
As People Partner Cluster Lead (I&LR), you will be responsible for leading and managing the Global Industrial and Labor Relations (I&LR) team to ensure the effective execution of the Employee Relations (ER) strategy.
In this role, you will develop and deliver a comprehensive strategy aimed at fostering a positive Employee Relations (ER) climate across multiple jurisdictions, crucial for achieving business objectives amidst significant organizational change. You will oversee the strategic direction and operational Management of the Business Changes that impact people.

As People Partner Cluster Lead (I&LR), you will:
Develop, execute, and oversee the timely delivery of the ER/ILR strategy, fostering an environment conducive to managing organizational change, enhancing employee engagement, and mitigating employment-related litigation risks. Plan and co-ordinate the consultation activity associated with large scale organization change, technology changes, new ways of working and other global and regional initiatives with respective ILR Teams & Social Partners. Coordinate internal and external insights to inform the development of ER strategy, employment policies, and guidance, driving successful implementation of HR policy and process changes. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in ILR to continuously enhance the effectiveness and relevance of ER programs. Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the Global Industrial and Labor Relations team. Essential Knowledge & Experience:
Extensive experience in Global Industrial and Labor Relations. Solid experience developing and implementing ER strategies across diverse geographical regions and managing complex ER issues in multinational organizations. Deep understanding of international labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Fluent in English and Italian. Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:
An advanced degree such as a Master's or equivalent. Demonstrated expertise in leading a global team of employee relations professionals, fostering positive workplace dynamics and ensuring compliance across regions. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with different stakeholders at all levels. Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent. Additional information:
This is a permanent, full-time position. This position is based in Milan, Italy. This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per week in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
