We are hiring a People Partner who will take a leading role in HR (team management and coordination with our consulente del lavoro on the front of payroll, benefits and contracting) and hiring.
In this role, you will have an impact on shaping the internal operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in a similar position, experience with startup companies particularly welcome.

Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment; Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordination of necessary formalities, orientation, and training; Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, mentoring, and performance reviews; Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws; Maintain employee records and HR documentation; Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; Promote a positive and inclusive work environment; Monitor and strive to improve the team's satisfaction; Assist the team in daily operations.
Required Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role; Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices; Experience with hiring (also for technical roles); Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Fit for a fast-paced environment; Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
