Join us as a People Operations Specialist and let's make magic happen together.
Role Overview As a People Operations Specialist, you'll manage and update HRIS with employee information, handle the full employee life cycle, participate in payroll, develop and enforce HR policies, improve HR processes, lead HR technology projects, manage HR analytics, and act as the primary contact for HR-related issues.
You will be part of the HR Team and you will support the Satispay Group.
Your mission: Manage and update HRIS.
Ensure accurate and high-quality data entry for new hires, terminations, sick leaves, vacations, and days off.
Oversee employee life cycle.
Handle onboarding to offboarding processes, including drafting contracts, and managing employment changes, promotions, and terminations.
Develop and enforce HR policies.
Create, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and regulations.
Lead HR innovation and analytics.
Implement new technologies, drive HR projects, manage HR analytics, create KPI dashboards, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Your ideal profile: Proven HR experience.
You have at least 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an international context, with a base knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria and CCNL Commercio.
Fluent in Italian and English.
You bring excellent communication skills in both languages; knowledge of French, Spanish, or other European languages is a plus.
Detail-oriented and discreet.
You have a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
System implementation and continuous improvement.
You're experienced in implementing new HR systems and driving their continuous improvement, and enthusiast for taking on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
