Right now, we are looking for a People Journey SSR - more than 3 years of experience in the role - to join our team at Globant IT - Milano! The people journey team is in charge of gathering employee information through the systems and making sure the information flows to the payroll area (HR-Administration/HR systems) and other areas that might need employee information. Also, working closely with the legal team to make sure of being compliant with the labor-legal requirements of each country and explore new benefits for the globers.
