Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
HR Policies and Procedures: Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company, and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
Performance Management: Support the performance review process, including tracking and documentation.
Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
What are we looking for?Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist and talent acquisition roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Language: Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Knowledge: Understanding of Italian labor laws and HR best practices.
SkillsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
