People Excellence - Project Leader

Seltis Hub Management Search is looking for a multinational a People Excellence - Project Leader About the role: We are currently seeking a skilled Learning and Development Expert to join in a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of various L&D projects.
This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and meeting business needs.
Requisiti · Proven experience (+ 5 years) in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment; · Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time; · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; · Knowledge of training methodology; · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; · C1 level of English proïciency.
· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of L&D projects (Talent Management, Training, Career · Development etc.)
from inception to completion; · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective learning · Responsible of implementing People Excellence initiatives according to European guidelines and in collaboration with the European HR team; · Clarify and validate stakeholder requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives; · Research and implement new approaches, tools, and technologies in L&D projects; · Manage project timelines and resources effectively; · Design and implement evaluation strategies to measure projects effectiveness.
